If the error shown below occurs when opening the SiteAudit Viewer, this implies that the software version is not compatible with the management server software.

To resolve this issue, navigate to the management server website and sign-in. If you do not know the URL to the management server, ask your SiteAudit representative. Once signed-in, a Control Panel tab appears. Download the software and upgrade the existing Control Panel software. See Control Panel Upgrade for more details.
