Using an Internet Service Account (ISA)

SiteAudit Monitor service will not start If you are connecting to a remote SiteAudit server or Reporting Web site and you are running from an ISA server, you could have problems connecting if you do not have Internet permissions. By default, SiteAudit assigns the Local Service account log on to the Netaphor SiteAudit Monitor service. The Local Service account often is not permitted to access the Internet and therefore the SiteAudit monitor service cannot start. If you experience this problem, replace the Local Service account with the account of the user who has logged into the machine - or a user who is authorized to access the Internet - and then start the Netaphor SiteAudit Monitor service.
