Netaphor SiteAudit™ 8.1.x Maintenance Release Notes8.1.2.4 - 3/6/2026 Performance enhancements for SiteAudit Hosted Control Panel Viewer.
Version 8.1.2 - 10/2025 New EnhancementsNotification Enhancements- Introduced configuration options to specify how SiteAudit notifications are delivered - either to backend systems (e.g., ServiceNow) or via standard email. Each rule can be configured independently.
- By default, duplicate alerts are now suppressed automatically.
Inventory & Reporting Enhancements- Added new columns to Inventory reports to display department address information, including:
- Address
- City
- State / Province
- Country
- Zip Code
These columns are hidden by default and can be added via the Column Chooser.
Platform Compatibility- SiteAudit is now compatible with Windows Server 2025.
- Removed support for all 32-bit SiteAudit software installers - only 64-bit versions are now available.
Product Changes- Organization imports now accept free-text format for phone numbers, increasing flexibility in data input.
- Devices are automatically reassigned to the correct departments following IP address changes, ensuring data consistency.
- SiteAudit DCA scheduling and bandwidth usage capabilities have been added. Contact support@netaphor.com for details.
Device Support UpdatesHP- HP DesignJets: Now display the date when toner was last detected.
- HP PageWide XL: Device Type automatically set to Wide Format.
- HP Digital Senders: Device Type automatically set to Scanner.
CanonThis version addresses an issue with Canon printers that reuse SNMP counter objects. For more details, refer to the Technical Announcement: Canon SNMP Counter Fix in Version 8.1. Please note that this update may impact both past and future Canon models where SNMP objects are reused. The models listed below will be automatically updated as part of the upgrade to version 8.1.2.3. - iR2002/2202
