Netaphor SiteAudit offers a suite of powerful features for comprehensive printer management in version 8.0 revolutionizing printer management, delivering control, efficiency, and productivity in one comprehensive solution. Together, these new features provide users with the tools to efficiently manage printers across multiple locations, gain valuable insights, and customize printer data for better decision-making. Version 8.0 improves efficiency and optimizes unprocessed consumables data reducing the stored amount of this data from previous versions by 90%.

SiteAudit Hosted Security Logs

Security logs are generated on the Hosted Management server to identify any actions that affect the configuration/behavior of customer databases. Log files can be used to audit system configuration changes to ensure compliance with various security regulations. These logs can be integrated into security audit systems such as Splunk. Upgrading SiteAudit OnSite

To access the most up-to-date version of SiteAudit OnSite, kindly visit the official Netaphor website and download the software. Before proceeding with the software upgrade, we strongly recommend reviewing the platform and software requirements to ensure compatibility with your system. This essential precautionary step will help guarantee a smooth and trouble-free upgrade experience, minimizing the risk of compatibility issues. Important Notes for Upgrading

Prior to upgrading any SiteAudit client, including the Viewer or Analyzer, it is imperative to ensure that the SiteAudit database is upgraded to the corresponding version.

If you are upgrading SiteAudit from a version that is older than 7.0, please follow these steps:

• Begin by upgrading the database to version 7.0.3.0. You can obtain this version here.
• Once the initial database upgrade to version 7.0.3.0 is successfully completed, you can proceed with the upgrade to the latest version, 7.9, available for download on the official NETAPHOR website.

By following this sequence, you will ensure a smooth and reliable upgrade process for both your SiteAudit database and client components.
