This log file resides in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Netaphor\SiteAudit\Logs\EventLogs\Netaphor_SiteAuditDataPublisher.csv If this article does not help resolving the issue you have, please attach this log file when notifying SiteAudit Support.
Common Issues for DataPublisher
SiteAuditIntegration ErrorAn unhandled exception regarding the SiteAuditIntegrationInterface is caused by a mismatched version of the DataPublisher and SiteAudit. Please notify SiteAudit Support to ensure that the correct version of DataPublisher is used.

SQL Connection FailedPublishing time varies depending on size of data being published but in the case of an abnormally long wait publish time, it could be the case where the SQL Connection is not set up properly. DataPublisher's SQL Connection error would range from 5-10 minutes before DataPublisher completely finishes retrying connection, once it finishes, DataPublisher will notify of the login failed for user.

Outdated DCF VersionThis error can be caused by inserting the wrong file type in the "DcfFile" field. Ensure that the file that is inserted in this field is a .sadcf extension.
